Eric D. Shapiro, Principal
Eric has 20 years of real estate investment and development experience.  He has invested in or developed a variety of projects including mixed use, multi family, hotel, office and industrial.  He has managed all aspects of a real estate development project having raised equity and debt funding for over 25 real estate investment and development projects. Eric is responsible for approving acquisitions, joint ventures and deal structures along with other real estate operations; coordinating capital sources, business plans and budgets for development projects as well as for the company; meeting with investors; and monitoring project progress. Eric has held numerous positions in operating businesses including the founding and subsequent sale of Repak, Inc. to Waste Management Inc. Eric holds an MBA from the Olin School of Management of Babson College Cum Laude and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University.

Steven C. Wilner, Principal
Steve has twenty years of financial services and operations experience in the area of investment management and private investment vehicles.  Previously, Steve served for  seven years as Vice President of High Rock Capital LLC, a multi-billion dollar equity and long/short equity manager.  Joining the firm at its inception, Steve created and led all Operations, Financial Reporting, Client Services and Compliance functions.   In addition, Steve also worked as Vice President with DDJ Capital Management LLC, a distressed and high yield securities manager, helping to launch the firm by creating an Operations and Client Reporting infrastructure for a number of private investment partnerships.  Steve began his career in Operations with Fidelity Management Trust Company.  He holds an MBA from Boston College with a concentration in Finance and a received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stonehill College Cum Laude.

Thomas W. Goodwin-Advisor
Tom has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and real estate, including several years as a partner with the “Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group”, the real estate arm of Ernst & Young LLP, a “Big Four” public accounting firm. Prior to co-founding McNally & Goodwin LLP, Tom was a Senior Vice-President at Equis Financial Group, where he was responsible for all tax related matters, financial reporting and financing for various projects as well as acquisition and divestiture planning and implementation for the entire organization. During his public accounting career, which included a period as Senior Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen, he has provided service, directly or indirectly, or participated in industry groups to many of the major real estate organizations in New England.

In addition to his experience in public accounting, Tom spent several years at Cabot, Cabot and Forbes, when it was a $2 billion privately owned real estate developer. Tom supervised a staff of 7 people, delivering tax services to the 125+ legal entities in the organization, as well as having responsibility for Human Resources, Payroll and Risk Management.

Tom graduated from Suffolk University in Boston with a BS in Accounting and received his MS from Bentley College. He is a CPA in Massachusetts, and a member of the Mass. Society of CPA’s, the AICPA, and the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA). Over the years, Tom has served on several committees, including the Real Estate Committee of the Mass. Society of CPA’s, the Membership Committee of REFA, and Co-Chairman of the Education Committee (and member of the Executive Board) of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). He has also spoken on real estate and income tax matters to various real estate and business groups.

Daniel J. Gainsboro, President Genesis Planners, Inc.,-Advisor
As the Founder of Genesis Planners and Delphi Construction, Dan has helped shape the direction of the project planning industry. Dan graduated Cum Laude from Washington University School of Architecture in 1981.Since then Dan has served on and chaired both the School Building committee and Planning Board in his town. Prior to establishing Genesis Planners, Dan was responsible for implementing all commercial, industrial and multi-family residential projects for National Development, Inc. a national real estate development company based in Newton, Massachusetts.
